Business Group gathers more than 100 system engineers who have sufficient integration abilities and experiences among multi-brand servers, software and network, are capable to offer our clients the best solutions and success guarantees.

n    Hardware System Sales

In addition to system integration services, we take the sales of hardware system as one of our major businesses as well. Our sales services include: servers (IBM, SUN, UNISYS, HP and so on), PCs, network servers, notebooks and laser printers. We also provide storage equipment and related software (such as disk drivers (libraries) and tape drivers (libraries) of IBM, HDS, STK, EMC…, etc.). Furthermore, we plan and integrate Remote Backup solutions, SAN, NAS and related products for clients’ customization. We’re seeking opportunities to collaborate with more excellent firms to introduce competitive products and to expand our sales abilities.

n　Financial Systems and Horizontal Alliances E-commerce Services

RPTI has 20 years experience in planning and constructing financial systems, during this period, we have accumulated lots of experiences in financial planning, system integration and system development, etc. Simultaneously, we have cultivated many professional technical consultants to provide our clients more satisfying consultation services. Over the past years, we have established good relationships with banks, farmers’ associations and other financial institutes. The automation systems we provide including Remittances and Savings Terminal Integrated system, ATM system, Net-bank system, Passbook Entry system, Voice Service system and Local Area Network Information system, etc. All of them have become the indispensable service items of financial institutes.    

The computerization and mobilization of financial institutes is a clear trend in the future. To keep up with market mainstream and in order to provide high-efficiency, high-productivity, anywhere and anytime service systems, RPTI has developed plenty of financial computerization and mobilization solutions, such as Net-bank transaction extensions, mobile wireless transaction and horizontal alliances e-commerce services, etc. We are ready to provide state-of-art and diverse systems in the future.

n　All Types Computer System Peripherals and Open System Maintenance

Together with software and hardware products, we also make an outstanding after-sales maintenance service. Our Customer Service Dept. provides maintenance services for all types of large computer systems and peripherals, covering HDS disk drivers, tape drivers and tape libraries, KANEMATSU high-speed laser printers, open systems, medium & small servers and all in between. We have earned high reputations by offering nationwide, prompt, professional and 24 by 7 maintenance services.

n　Product Distribution and Development

In addition to distributing domestic and overseas information products (for example, WaterWall, SRAC, Symantec, SyncSort, etc.), RPTI also considers product development as one of our main operations. As now, we have made a lot of achievements in management systems and applications.

n　 Immigration Office National Police Agency

		Replanned and constructed the computerization operation system of Immigration Office National Police Agency.
		Developed network software and applications (such as document system development application and so on) to strengthen the securities and services of Internet and Intranet.
		Renewed WANG systems and relative equipments of Taoyuan Chiang Kai-Shek International Airport, part of overseas information stations, Taichung and Keelung Port service stations.
		Set up communication network and wiring rearrangement
		Constructed document inspection system, remained open system along with WANG system when changing servers.
		Accomplished the 2” color-photo processing system, accessing and printing document images directly to prevent counterfeits and forgeries. Also provided image viewing function when inspecting documents.
		Used CCD Barcode Readers to read barcodes immediately. Used ICAO MRP readers for passport inspection to streamline the procedures.
		Constructed the computer operation system of Taoyuan Chiang Kai-Shek International Airport Terminal 2.
		Improved the control of immigration by using imaging system to promote Taiwan’s overall image.

n　Taipei Customs Office

Constructed the Passenger Baggage Processing system of Chiang Kai-Shek International Airport Terminal 1 & 2, including Custom Inspection & Declaration system, D/F Forms Management system and On-line Process with Airport server of Immigration Office National Police Agency.

n　Hsin Hsin Natural Gas Co., Ltd.

		Installed new computer system and transferred into Windows OS.
		Provided safe and speedy MIS system, such as Applying Management system, Construction Management system, Supply Management system, Security & Inspection Management system, Settlement & Billing Management system, Cell Phone Data Management system, Accounting Management system, Personnel Salary Management system and Property Management system, etc.

n　Yingge Town Hall

Constructed Electronic Document Image File Storage & Management System, which could process electronic document creation, interchange, management and digitalized filing. Computerization could improve the performance and provide better service to the public

n　Bureau of National Health Insurance

		Developed the Insurance Operating system.
		System Integration service.

n　Taipei Veterans General Hospital

		Developed the Medical History Management system.
		Planned and implemented Mainframe Virtual Tape Library Automation.

n　Chunghwa Telecom

Planned and built the IP Image Phone Connection system, Multipoint Video Conference system, Data & Video Conference Synchronization system and Gatekeeper for each data communication branch and all computer facilities of Chunghwa Telecom.

n　Industrial Development Bureau, Ministry of Economic Affairs

		Remote Backup Project Planned and built Remote Backup center- Which could retrieve the backups in no time once computer facilities or data damage. This could keep business working smoothly and ensure the completeness of data retrieval.
		UNIX-Based system server load balance mechanism Promoted the efficiency of UNIX-Based system server and bandwidth. Promoted the reliability and safety of UNIX-Based system server.

n　Taiwan Power Company

		Implemented local area network security mechanism.
		Built network security mechanism to address Fiber High-Speed Network arrangement and Information Security request. Illegal Infusion (ex: virus inflection or hacker attack) will be automatically detected and prevented to improve safety and performance of network.

n　Chunghwa Post Co., Ltd.

		In 2002, planned and built the 1st stage of Remittances and Savings terminal integration system of Chunghwa Post Co., Ltd. This project included workstations, servers and workstation peripherals of more than 600 branches.
		In 2003, planned and built the 2nd stage of Remittances and Savings terminal integration system of Chunghwa Post Co., Ltd. This project included workstations, servers and workstation peripherals of more than 200 branches.

n　The First Credit Cooperative of Hsinchu

In 2002, planned and implemented terminal system update for 13 branches of The First Credit Cooperative of Hsinchu.

n　Central Farmers’ and Fishermen’s Associations

		From 1981, authorized to distribute BULL ATMs, and developed ATM-related applications. Totally distributed more 300 sets to financial institutes (such as farmers’ associations and credit cooperatives).
		In 1999, accomplished the development of Windows Platform of Farmers’ Associations Terminal System (WTP) and installed in Jhuolan and other 4 farmers’ associations.
		In 2002, accomplished Net-bank and related websites of Central Farmers and Fishermen’s Association I.T centers.
